Aluminium Hi-torque Servo Horn for TT02B

This aftermarket aluminium 25T servo horn and steel tie rod set is designed for Tamiya TT02B scale RC use and sold as a single set by GPM. The kit replaces the stock plastic arm with a machined aluminium 25T horn and an integrated steel tie rod to reduce flex at the servo linkage and maintain more consistent steering input during cornering and chassis tuning.

Compatibility and fit require a matching 25T servo spline and the TT02B steering geometry, check spline engagement and clearance before final assembly. Installation is straightforward: remove the stock horn, fit the 25T aluminium arm onto the servo spline, secure with the original retaining hardware, then attach and adjust the steel tie rod to set neutral toe and steering throw. Avoid over-tightening mounting screws to prevent stripping the servo spline.

In tuning terms this part is used where drivers want a firmer steering response and reduced play between servo and steering linkage, particularly useful when changing steering rates or adjusting toe and Ackermann settings on the TT02B platform.
