This JAZRIDER JR-TT2B01-BK front knuckle arm set is an RC-scale steering component made for TAMIYA TT-02B and DF-02 chassis layouts. Machined from aluminium and finished in black, the parts replace common plastic knuckles to increase rigidity where the steering links and wheel hubs attach. The piece is intended as a direct-fit upgrade for model-level tuning and does not alter vehicle scale systems beyond the chassis models specified.

Installation is straightforward for hobbyists familiar with basic disassembly of the front suspension. Remove the original knuckle arms from the hub carriers and replace with the aluminium units, keeping track of wheel hub pin, e-clip, and any shims or bearings that sit between the hub and the knuckle. Check alignment of tie-rods and confirm the steering linkage clears the new arm through full suspension travel. No special tools beyond common hex drivers are required.

In setup terms, the aluminium knuckles offer firmer steering feedback and more consistent geometry under load compared with softer plastic parts, which can flex.
