Overview

This is an RC-scale aluminium servo saver and tie rod assembly designed for TAMIYA TT-02 and TT-02B chassis. The kit uses a 25T spline interface and red anodised aluminium components, intended to interface with standard 25T servo horns and the TT-02/TT-02B steering linkage geometry.

Functionally the aluminium servo saver reduces shock loads transmitted to the servo spline while the aluminium tie rods provide a stiffer, corrosion-resistant steering linkage for setup adjustments. The assembly suits on-road tuning where consistent steering response and repeatable geometry are needed.

Installation notes: the unit is built for the TT-02/TT-02B steering layout and matching 25T servo splines; confirm spline count before fitting and check alignment and preload when adjusting toe or steering centring. Routine inspection of fasteners and linkage pivot points is recommended after initial runs.
