TAMIYA XV-02 Clamp-Type Wheel Hub by GPM XV2010  [XV2010]

This clamp-type wheel hub replaces the stock plastic hub used on select TAMIYA 1/10 kits, providing a machined 6061 aluminium alternative that holds the wheel axle via a slotted clamp and cap screw. The slit in the hub closes when the cap screw is tightened, securing the wheel and reducing the chance of the 2 x 10mm stainless steel shaft falling out during wheel removal.

Because the hub is machined from 6061 aluminium, it increases mounting rigidity and helps maintain alignment under load, which can aid consistent wheel tracking and make small setup adjustments more repeatable. The kit includes Grade 12.9 cap head screws and 2 x 10 steel pins to match the clamp retention system used on the original hubs.
