This aluminium front shock tower is an RC-scale replacement part intended for Team Losi MICRO-T Desert Truck setups. It serves as a direct mount point for the front shocks and ties into the front suspension geometry to provide a firmer mounting surface compared with typical plastic towers.

Installation is straightforward when the OEM mounting pattern is preserved; remove the stock tower, check hole alignment, and reuse the original hardware where appropriate. Confirm clearance around the servo and steering linkages before final tightening to avoid binding during full lock.

As a tuning component the tower changes chassis stiffness at the front end. Increased rigidity at the shock mounts can reduce flex-induced variation in damping, making shock valving and spring choices behave more predictably on desert-style surfaces.
