This is actually the replacement silicone damper oil that's contained in most Traxxas kits. Its more or less 30 fat oil (Traxxas will not list precise
fat), will come in a 1/2 oz (about) container and it is clear.

Silicone damper (surprise) oil is better than petroleum surprise oil because silicone oil isn't suffering from heat.
