Front and rear knuckle arms for E-REVO

This is an RC-scale front and rear knuckle arm set designed for TRAXXAS E-REVO, supplied as an 8 pcs set for replacing the stock plastic parts. The kit shifts the suspension pivot from plastic to machined 6061 T6 aluminum with POM collars to reduce tolerance and hold bearings tightly for more consistent steering input.

Components specified in the original product list include knuckle arms, stainless steel round head screws 3x20, and Delrin locknuts, arranged to secure the assembly while resisting wear. POM collars are fitted to protect bearings from friction and to keep them seated during operation.

The knuckle arms provide multiple mounting holes for tie rods and steering links, allowing adjustment of steering geometry to suit different drive setups. Their role is to stabilise the front and rear arms and the CVDs, ensuring predictable steering feedback after installation.

Use this aluminum knuckle arm set when replacing worn plastic knuckles to reduce play and allow fine tuning of steering geometry; verify fit and screw torque during installation.
