Aluminum CVD and knuckle upgrade for E-REVO

This upgrade set replaces key axle components on the TRAXXAS E-REVO with metal parts to reduce wear and improve driveline reliability under high load. Components that typically fail on plastic assemblies are replaced with 6061-T6 aluminum and 45# hardened steel where strength matters, while Delrin and stainless hardware are used for retention and corrosion resistance.

The design focuses on three functional areas: a thickened CVD head for stronger torque transfer, reinforced knuckle arms to resist bending, and positive wheel hex clamping for secure wheel retention. Bearings and small fasteners are included so the set integrates with the stock axle layout without needing additional aftermarket parts.

Use this set when upgrading an E-REVO for increased torque loads or extended durability in bashing and racing. Components are intended to replace like-for-like positions on the stock axle assembly to improve strength without altering vehicle geometry.
