Damper Top Cap for Traxxas Funco

This damper top cap is an aftermarket replacement part produced by GPM for use on Traxxas FUNCO PRO SCALE 2WD SAND CAR dampers and compatible original shocks. It replaces the stock top cap with a 7075-T6 aluminum unit designed to work together with an oil pressure cap to improve sealing and oil containment inside the shock body.

The cap retains the original exhaust hole to allow controlled venting of excess oil and trapped air during installation and initial compression, while the sealed design increases internal pressure stability under load. Intended use is limited to RC-scale shock absorbers only.

Use this top cap when you need a more durable aluminum replacement that pairs with an oil pressure cap to stabilise shock oil behaviour and maintain seal integrity during aggressive RC running.
