Overview and fitment

This is an RC-scale rear tie rod assembly designed for the TRAXXAS HOSS 4X4 VXL platform, supplied as a 13 pcs set to replace the stock rear tie components and add a stabilizer link. Fabricated from aluminum 6061 T6, the parts are intended to provide durable support and an adjustable connection point for rear linkage tuning.

The set positions at the top of the rear knuckle arms and on both sides of the rear gear box. Adjustment is achieved through the counter-clockwise threaded rod ends; insert a hex driver or pointed tool into the tie rod positioning hole and rotate to change overall length. The kit includes stainless steel fasteners and M3 aluminum collars for secure mounting.

Mechanically the tie rod features a triangular cross-section design intended to increase lateral stiffness while preserving necessary flex for suspension movement. The stabilizer link is integrated into the set to reduce undesired roll or twist in the rear linkage during heavy loads on the chassis.

Use this set to replace stock rear link components where a stronger, adjustable aluminum assembly is required for fine tuning rear linkage geometry on the HOSS 4X4 VXL.
