This aftermarket motor gear is an RC-scale replacement designed for the TRAXXAS MAXX monster truck platform, supplied as a 2 pcs set by GPM TXMS024TS. The part is manufactured in hardened steel #45 to improve wear resistance where the motor pinion meets the drivetrain.

Functionally it transfers rotation from the motor to the drivetrain, and it secures to the motor shaft with a set screw. Typical use is direct replacement of a worn or damaged 24T motor gear to restore smooth meshing and consistent engagement with the spur or gearbox input.

Installation notes: remove the existing motor gear, slide this 24T gear onto the motor shaft, align teeth for proper mesh, and tighten the 4x4 set screw to lock the gear. Verify gear mesh under load and adjust pinion height if necessary to avoid premature wear.
