This assembly focuses on drivetrain stability and wheel retention at the axle ends, combining a 4140 carbon steel extend CVD shaft (110mm) with a lengthened 7075 alloy wheel lock and hex claw to secure the wheel hex.

Key mechanical details carried over from the source design include a capped end to limit sand and dust ingress at the drive interface, an internal knurl on the wheel lock to reduce loosening under load, and the use of hardened 4140 carbon steel for the shaft body to maintain torsional stiffness.
