Alloy air filter for TRAXXAS Revo

This RC-scale alloy air filter set is made for TRAXXAS Revo platforms, including the Revo 3.3 variant. The set combines a metal filter housing with two foam filter elements and a mounting manifold to replace worn stock units or to provide a more durable intake assembly for nitro Revo models.

Functionally the filter's role is to protect the carburetor and intake tract from dirt and debris while keeping airflow steady for consistent idle and throttle response. Using a metal-body filter with replaceable foam cores helps keep service intervals predictable and simplifies on-track maintenance.

Installation and service

• Remove the stock filter assembly and verify the intake flange and carburetor face are clean.
• Fit one foam element into the alloy housing, seat the manifold against the carburetor inlet, then secure the housing to the manifold and clamp as required.
• Inspect seals after first run and check the foam regularly for contamination, replacing or cleaning the foam elements when clogged.
