Alloy engine mount for TRAXXAS Revo

The GPM TRV080 is an aftermarket alloy engine mount designed for TRAXXAS Revo and Revo 3.3 RC platforms. As a direct replacement part it positions the nitro engine at the chassis’ stock mounting points while adding a machined heat sink surface to help dissipate engine heat during operation.

Functionally this mount serves two practical roles: provide a rigid, repeatable interface between the motor and chassis for consistent power delivery, and increase the contact area for passive cooling where the engine head meets the mount. The alloy construction reduces flex compared with some plastic mounts, which can help maintain ignition and idling behaviour under load.

Installation is a mechanical swap of the original mount, retaining the factory mounting pattern on Revo and Revo 3.3 chassis. When fitting, check alignment of engine studs and chassis holes before final tightening, use the appropriate hex driver and controlled torque to avoid thread or mount distortion, and verify clearance to the chassis and cooling airflow paths after assembly.
