This is an RC-scale Delrin spur gear intended as a direct replacement or upgrade for Traxxas Revo spur gear applications. The component is designed to work inside the Revo gearbox environment where a durable, low-friction gear material is preferred for routine maintenance, tuning or part replacement.

Delrin (acetal) is specified here for its dimensional stability and low friction compared with some plastics. In practical use the gear functions as the primary spur gear inside the transmission assembly, transferring motor pinion input through the gearbox. When replacing the spur, check gear mesh, shaft alignment and bearing condition to ensure smooth drivetrain operation and to avoid premature wear.

Installation notes: inspect and clean mating faces, verify backlash and ensure the gear seats properly on the spur hub or mounting plate used by the Revo drivetrain. After installation, perform a short, low-load run to confirm the mesh and to listen for unusual noise before full-power operation.
