This RC-scale rear L-shape piggy back shock set is built for adjustable damping and longer oil travel on 1/10 off-road platforms. The bodies are machined from aluminum 6061-T6 to balance light weight and tensile strength, and the piggy back reservoir design increases oil volume to smooth out small and large inputs without changing chassis geometry.

The kit uses high concentration suspension oil and a thicker 4mm shock shaft that is polished for reduced friction and improved wear life. Three spring coil options are provided in the set: silver 1.5mm, orange 1.6mm, and gold 1.7mm, allowing basic tuning of ride height and response. White Delrin washers are specified to sit outside the metal ball end during assembly to protect mating surfaces.

The shocks are adjustable for preload and can be tuned through a combination of spring choice and oil viscosity to suit different track or bashing conditions.
