Low-CG Aluminum Motor Plate for Slash 4x4

This aftermarket motor plate is made for TRAXXAS Slash 4x4 low-CG setups and designed to secure the motor while aiding heat dissipation. The main component is CNC-formed 6061-T6 aluminum for dimension stability and resistance to bending under typical RC loading.

Integrated heat sink fins increase surface area around the motor contact area to help shed heat produced during runs. In practice this part supports thermal management and contributes to more consistent motor temperature under repeated use on short course tracks and backyard runs.

Installation uses the included stainless steel hardware. The set stabilizes the motor mount, keeps alignment with the spur and pinion, and can be integrated as part of a tuning approach where motor position and cooling are treated together. Check gear mesh and mount alignment after installation to avoid premature pinion or spur wear.
