This GPM aftermarket spring is made for the TRAXXAS 1/10 T-Maxx platform and fits 100mm long shock bodies used on the model. It’s supplied as 2 pcs and intended to change the damper’s initial stiffness and rebound feel without modifying the shock internals.

Use these springs when you want a predictable, mechanical method to alter handling: increase spring rate for reduced dive and firmer landings, or choose a softer setup for improved traction over rough surfaces. Because this is an RC-scale component, adjustments are best tested on a lap-by-lap basis to find the balance you need.

Installation is straightforward for common T-Maxx dampers: remove the shock, compress the end cap, swap springs, and reassemble. When tuning, pair spring changes with shock oil viscosity and preload adjustments to achieve the desired damping curve. Check for proper spring seating on the spring retainer and confirm travel clearance through full suspension motion after fitting.
