This 12pcs wheel and tire kit is an RC-scale upgrade created for the TRAXXAS TRX4 platform that combines 1.9" aluminum BBS-style rims with onroad tires and 9mm thick alloy hexes to widen track and alter handling. The wheels use 6061-T6 aluminum with a hard anodized finish and a six-spoke BBS aesthetic, paired with low-profile onroad rubber intended for firm surface feedback and smoother rolling on packed trails or pavement-style sections used in trail crawler setups.

Functionally the thicker 9mm alloy hex replaces standard hexes to move the wheel hub outward, increasing track width without modifying suspension mounts. That change affects cornering balance and can reduce body roll in onroad-oriented runs, while the onroad tire profile provides quicker steering response compared with deep-tread crawler tires. All parts are for scale RC use only and designed to fit TRX4 mounting standards.

Assembly notes: the set includes multiple small hardware pieces intended to install the wheel, hex, and tire assembly; careful hand-tightening of the provided screws and use of thread-lock where appropriate for metal-to-metal fasteners is recommended. Keep bearings, axle fit, and pinion clearance checked after installation to avoid binding. Manual references provided with the kit include numbers 8269, 8270, and 8271 for part grouping and installation diagrams.
