Aluminum adjustable dampers for TRX4

This is an RC-scale front and rear adjustable spring damper set designed for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platform. The kit is a direct aftermarket suspension accessory intended to reduce internal friction and help the model remain balanced during slow-speed crawling and scale trail use.

The components are built heavier than stock where it matters: spring outer diameter is increased from 16mm to 17mm, shock cylinder diameter from 11mm to 12.8mm, spring coil wire from 1.1mm to 1.2mm, and the shock shaft diameter from 3mm to 3.2mm. Those dimensional changes aim to stiffen the damper assembly and improve consistency under load without altering vehicle-scale behaviour.

The set is supplied as an 8pcs kit for front and rear mounting, and includes stainless steel round head screws for securing the units during installation. The dampers are adjustable for preload and can be tuned alongside spring choice and shock oil to tailor ride height and damping feel for different trail conditions.

Use these dampers as an upgrade to stock TRX4 units when you want a firmer, more consistent damping response for scale crawling and low-speed trail driving; adjust preload and oil to match your chassis setup.
