This aluminium servo horn set is an RC-scale replacement designed for Traxxas TRX4 trail crawlers to interface with a locking differential. The parts are machined from aluminum 6061 T6 and include an internal spring to absorb impact and reduce shock transmission to the servo when the differential engages.

Functionally the horn assists the servo in adjusting and maintaining diff lock position rather than altering vehicle driveline behavior. The built-in spring provides a degree of compliance that can prevent sudden torque spikes from transferring into the servo output shaft.

Installation notes: use the supplied 3*10 stainless round head screws together with the aluminium collars and place a 3mm metal washer beneath each screw head to minimise axial gap between the screw and collar. Follow your chassis service routine for secure torque and thread locking where appropriate.
