This is an aluminum rear shock tower designed for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platform, intended as a direct aftermarket upgrade to alter shock mounting positions and tune rear suspension geometry. The tower provides multiple positioning holes to stabilize the shock at different angles and heights, allowing incremental changes to damping leverage and ride height without modifying the shock bodies themselves.

Construction uses 6061 T6 aluminum for a balance of light weight and tensile strength, providing a stiffer mounting point compared with stock plastic towers. The part locates at the rear shock tower position and is adjustable by moving the shock eye into alternative holes to change angle and effective stroke.

Included with the kit are the tower pair and the stainless fastening hardware needed for installation. For TRX-4 variants other than those listed below, the vehicle’s rear skid plates may require trimming to clear the aftermarket tower.
