This 3pcs set is an RC-scale front and rear chassis protection plate for the TRAXXAS TRX4 Trail Crawler platform, supplied by GPM as model TRX4ZSP17. The plates are intended to take impact loads away from the chassis by providing a replaceable stainless steel surface at both front and rear mounting points.

Included hardware and the installation method are minimal and specific: the package contains inner hex cap head screws (black) sized 3x12, quantity 2pcs, which are used to secure the plates in place. Installation requires replacing the original bumper mount screw with the supplied inner hex cap head screw and inserting the screw from the bottom up into the positioning hole. The plates are designed to be used with the original TRX-4 bumper mount and cannot be fitted with GPM #TRX4331F or TRX4331R bumper mounts.

Use this set where a durable, low-profile protection surface is needed to preserve the TRX4 chassis during trail crawling; follow the supplied screw replacement method and retain original bumper mount hardware where specified.
