This stainless steel trunk lid is an RC-scale accessory designed for the TRAXXAS TRX6 MERCEDES-BENZ 88096-4 chassis. Crafted as a decorative and functional body part, it replaces or augments the truck's trunk area with a thin 0.7mm stainless panel and a supplied cargo net for securing small items on the scale truck body.

Hardware for basic fitting is included in the kit so you can attach the lid using either double-sided tape for a non-invasive fit or by creating positioning holes and using the provided screws and locknuts for a more permanent installation. A 2.5mm drill bit is provided to help with pilot holes when using screws.

As an aftermarket hop-up, the part focuses on appearance and light load-retention on the model; it is not a structural chassis component. The set is intended for hobby-scale use where rust resistance and a thin stainless finish are preferred for detailing work.

Use the included fasteners and drill bit to choose between a removable taped mount or a screw-mounted installation, and rely on the cargo net for light securement of scale items on the trunk area.
