Aluminium Rear Internal Shocks (160mm)

This is a scale RC rear internal shock set designed for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform, supplied as a pair for the rear suspension. The kit replaces standard internal shock components to provide more consistent damping and longer service life under off‑road conditions typical for desert‑style RC running.

Construction uses 6061 T6 aluminium and precision sealing to reduce the risk of oil leakage while keeping weight low. The shocks are filled with a higher‑viscosity suspension oil to increase damping force and control, and the shock shafts have been increased from 3.5mm to 5mm to resist bending under load.

Installation is a direct replacement for rear internal shock assemblies on the stated chassis; use standard shock mounting hardware and check shaft alignment during reassembly. For tuning, adjust oil viscosity and spring preload to balance rebound and compression for your track surface, and confirm there are no binding points in the suspension travel.

Just received Avery well packed and vey shiny box of GPM parts... all look great... only one negative... and probably on my part... the discs and calipers come in sets of 4... not 4 discs or 4 calipers.. oh well another order to follow... great service th
