This RC-scale rear differential pinion gear is an aftermarket replacement part produced for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER platform, supplied by GPM under model UDR1200S/G2. It is intended to be installed inside the rear gearbox and serves as a direct swap to restore or upgrade the pinion in the differential assembly.

Material and role: the gear is made from hardened steel #45 to increase wear resistance compared with standard stock parts, and the design reduces backlash by tightening the gap between mating gears so the drivetrain runs with smoother engagement and improved durability under typical off-road RC loads.

What’s included: the package contains one pinion gear and four stainless steel flat head screws 2.5x8, matching the mounting arrangement used in the rear gearbox.
