This aftermarket shock shaft set is a direct replacement option for 1/5 scale TRAXXAS X‑MAXX dampers, intended for routine damper rebuilds and basic tuning work. The shafts are supplied as a matched pair for front or rear damper use and are presented as RC-scale components only.

When servicing dampers, these shafts serve as the rotating/reciprocating guide for the piston and seal stack; replacing worn shafts can reduce seal wear and restore smoother damper action.
