This is an RC-scale replacement set of CVD (constant velocity drive) components designed for Traxxas Xmaxx 8S applications where higher rotational speed and torque demand stronger hardware. The kit uses hardened steel #45 for core drive elements and revised joints to improve mechanical stability at high rpm.

The package replaces original dogbone-style pieces with thicker hard-steel components, increasing the dogbone section from 5.5mm to 7mm as supplied, and reworks the CVD-to-hex interface to use a stainless steel pin through a perforated joint rather than the original fastening method. These changes focus on reducing runout and improving hex retention during aggressive throttle and high-speed operation.

Installation notes: the set includes alloy hex adapters and requires basic drivetrain disassembly to swap existing front or rear CVDs.
