This is a 1:144 scale plastic model kit representing the Morser Karl-Gerat 040/041 in an initial version release and positioned within a small-scale armoured vehicle line.
The real Karl-Gerät was a German heavy self-propelled siege mortar developed before and used during the Second World War to deliver very large demolition shells against fortified positions. Production was limited and the design prioritized mobility for its large-caliber weapon on a tracked chassis; it saw service in specialized siege operations rather than general frontline use.
The model reproduces the basic external silhouette at small scale. The kit contains 32 plastic parts arranged on a single sprue and assembles into a compact model measuring 80.5 mm long, 30.5 mm wide and 33.5 mm high. Decal options provide two vehicle markings rendered for three-color camouflage schemes labeled as Nr. III "Ordin 040" and Nr. V "Loki 040". Builders should plan on standard assembly and finishing steps typical for small-scale plastic armour models.
A compact small-scale representation useful for collectors and diorama builders seeking a displayable siege mortar subject in 1:144 scale.
