UKRAINE NAVY SLAVA CLASS CRUISER VILNA UKRAINA Length: 186 m Beam: 20.8 m Displacement: Comprehensive: 11500 tons, Standard: 9800 tons The Project 1164 of missile cruisers was initially laid in 1976. The initial ship with this course was launched in 1979 at ship yard no. 445, and ended up being commissioned in 1983 underneath the name Slava. The Slava was finally renamed with Moskva, and re-commissioned with hull number 121 following its overhaul in 2000 while the flag ship for the Russian Black Sea Fleet. 3 other vessels of this course were launched, the second product, the Marshal Ustinov, was commissioned using the Northern Fleet in 1986 with hull no 070. The next product had been commissioned towards the Pacific Fleet in 1989 beneath the name Chervona Ukraina, in 1990's it absolutely was renamed 011 Varyag.
