Crafted from XRAY's special composite material, the lightweight diff body is engineered to withstand high temperatures without expansion. Precision-ground for maximum roundness, it includes a molded-in hard steel diff outdrive ring that ensures smooth operation. The diff outdrives, made from HUDY toughened steel, are CNC-machined and strategically lightened to reduce rotating weight while maintaining strength and durability.
The internal gears, die-cast from high-grade steel, are specially hardened to minimize wear and extend lifespan. The diff gear, crafted from HUDY steel, meets tight tolerance requirements for a perfect fit. It features a laser-engraved "Active 42T" marking for easy identification, with optional 41T and 43T gears available for further customization.
