The XRAY 302783 front bulkhead is an RC-scale aluminium lower bulkhead designed to provide repeatable geometry and a tunable front-end flex point. The part is machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and finished with a black anodize for wear resistance and a consistent mounting surface.
Centering pins are integrated into the lower surface to simplify assembly and ensure consistent alignment between left and right sides. The design is universal for left-right interchangeability to reduce the number of spare parts needed and to simplify setup during race preparation or maintenance.
Countersinks are provided to accept a 1.5mm aluminium chassis plate so standard screws sit flush and the mounting hardware aligns without special fasteners. Attachment points are included to secure the shock holder directly to the bulkhead which helps control local flex and responsiveness of the front suspension.
The bulkhead is intended to be used with an adjustable front bulkhead brace that lets you tune overall chassis flex and handling characteristics without swapping front top decks. This approach reduces parts variants while allowing incremental tuning of understeer and turn-in behavior on RC touring car setups.
