Shock insert has 3 triangle cuts and is used in combination with piston without holes. The hardness regarding the shock is affected maybe not by the holes in the piston however with the insert. The insert is mounted to the shock with wider surface on bottom regarding the shock and narrower on top.
As soon as the piston is at the base of the shock, it moves softer and dampening becomes harder whenever piston is going to the most notable. Which means that the surprise dampening is softer in the 1st section of motion and becomes harder as soon as the car is going more. The surprise inserts should always be used with pistons without holes, is employed both front side & rear, and just on asphalt. Similar oil can be used in these insert-equipped shocks just like standard shocks. The inserts are CNC-machined from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, and are black colored coated.
