XRAY accuracy molded 54T spur gear (second gear) made from special composite material which gives the spur gear an optimum balance of hardness, toughness, and flexibility thus supplying long life, minimal use, and minimizing breakage or teeth stripping. The spur gear stay strategically lightened to cut back rotating mass. The special composite material will withstand even the many extreme race conditions which imparts high tension on spur gears.
The spur gears are inserted in specifically constructed mould that assures equal product injection which ensures ultra true and wobble free running of spur gear helping to make the NT1 spur gears some of the earth's many precise. Each gear is stamped with a tooth quantity for effortless recognition. Available in all popular sizes, allowing you to find the perfect gear ratio for just about any track.
