XRAY 351194 XB8 26 Aluminium Chassis Plate (3mm Swiss 7075 T6)  [XR-351194]

This chassis plate is an RC-scale replacement part designed for the XB8 2026 platform, machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium at 3mm thickness. The layout accommodates a split radio box mounting and provides dedicated mounting positions for the steering servo box and electronics box, allowing consistent placement of mass and improved repeatability when setting up the car.

Precision milling includes a pocket under the clutch bell to prevent chassis contact under full flex and to shield the pinion gear teeth, as well as milled flex zones and weight-reduction pockets that tune chassis behaviour without compromising structural integrity. A revised rear C-holder position is intended to alter rear traction characteristics by changing local stiffness.

The plate is CNC-machined in low-stress areas and finished with a hard-anodized surface to resist wear from typical RC use. As a chassis component its role is to influence handling balance, traction and steering response, so the mounting layout and machined flex features are intended to support setup adjustments and track tuning rather than introduce new components.
