41-tooth big bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY steel material that has been specifically developed for gear-type items, in addition hardened and precision ground to suit the tightest tolerance requirements for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is separately tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is then laser etched with "Active 41T" for easy and instant recognition.
Our unique heat treatment makes kit very difficult and strong not just on top but also in core, thus supply the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with very low use comparing to standard gears.
