CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, this X12`20 framework contains unique cutout openings for increased flex. This chassis is preferred for and works very well on medium and high-traction tracks; not recommended for very-high traction conditions, where the #371114 Aluminum Chassis works better. This aluminum flex chassis yields more traction and provides improved steering. Used successfully by Team XRAY at numerous races, this chassis is a must have for each serious racer. The chassis had been redesigned with a significantly narrower shape that ensures the framework won't have drag in high speed corners which increases steering response and increases high-speed steering. The framework includes updated design regarding the grooves for the graphite battery backstop makes it possible for better battery pack mounting and adjustment in the many frequently-used cross-chassis position. The updated design associated with the framework also accommodates the new side link mounting system.
