These finest quality ball-bearings are fitted with special plastic covers, and generally are degreased and gently oiled with AeroShell Fluid 12 oil for optimum smoothness, long life, highest tolerance and optimum performance. These ball-bearings do have more (and bigger) balls inside the cage compared to regular ball-bearings, making them a whole lot more resilient under loads. The side covers are easy to eliminate for quick and comfortable servicing.
