Front body mount support

The Yokomo BD-016FS is an RC-scale front body mount support designed to reduce play at the front body posts on BD7 and BD5 platforms. Its primary role is to stabilise the body mounting area so body flex and vibration do not translate into inconsistent aero and handling feel during precise on-road setup work.

Made with a carbon main post and supplied aluminum collars, the part fits into the existing body post stack and works with the standard mounting hardware. It does not change mounting geometry, but provides a firmer interface between the body post and chassis to cut down on unwanted movement.

Installation is straightforward: remove the stock front body post, insert the BD-016FS post through the body shell, and use the included aluminum collars to set the clamping height before securing with your usual nuts or clips. Check for body clearance at steering extremes after fitting and re-tune body mount height if needed as part of on-track validation.
