Efficient Adhesive for Foam Tires

The Yokomo CS-SGSTA is a practical adhesive specifically crafted for bonding foam tires, such as those used in 1/12 scale racing models. This high-viscosity glue ensures a secure fit between the tire and wheel, providing a reliable bond essential for competitive racing.

Application Method

To apply, first mount your foam tire onto the wheel. Then, insert the adhesive bottle's nozzle into the gap between the tire and wheel, reaching up to the center of the tread. Dispense an appropriate amount of adhesive while rotating the nozzle to evenly distribute the glue. The adhesive has a slow curing time of approximately 2 to 3 minutes, allowing ample time for precise application. For optimal results, apply the adhesive to half of one side, allow it to set, and then proceed with the other side.
