Graphite rear shock tower for DPR

The Yokomo D-160 rear shock tower is a drift-package replacement part manufactured as an RC-scale graphite tower intended for DP-DPRA chassis layouts. It serves as the mounting point for rear shocks and links, and is designed to influence rear roll stiffness and shock geometry without altering other chassis components.

Compatibility is limited to DP-DPRA chassis as specified. The part is supplied in black graphite and should be treated as a direct-fit accessory for vehicles using the DPR drift package configuration. Do not attempt to fit this tower to unrelated full-size equipment.

Installation notes: remove the existing rear shock tower, align the D-160 to the rear bulkhead and secure with the original mounting hardware, verify shock eyelet heights and link alignment before final torque. After initial runs, recheck fasteners for tightness and inspect the graphite for hairline cracks.

Tuning role: swapping to a graphite tower changes rear flex characteristics and can make rear responses more consistent under drift loads, helping drivers tune body roll and shock leverage. Use this part as one element in iterative setup adjustments rather than a standalone cure.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is compatible with DP-DPRA chassis as listed; confirm your vehicle uses the DPR drift package rear layout before ordering.
Graphite alters local flex and damping feedback at the shock mounts, which can make rear responses more predictable for drift tuning.
Use original mounting hardware, align shock eyelets before final tightening, and recheck fasteners after initial runs.
