This graphite upper brace is an RC-scale accessory designed to accept rear friction-type shocks on compatible 1/12 racing chassis. It provides a dedicated mounting surface with pre-drilled holes to secure a friction shock assembly, allowing the rear shock package to be retained in a fixed position while enabling tuning of rear suspension behaviour.

The part is intended for hobby-level tuning: changing this upper brace affects rear load distribution and can alter roll and pitch response during cornering. Installation requires basic disassembly of the rear shock tower area and use of standard mounting fasteners; orientation and choice of mounting hole set the friction shock's stroke and leverage. No additional electronic components are involved.

Because this is a scale RC component, ensure compatibility with your chassis before fitting and follow usual maintenance checks for burrs or debris that could affect fitment or the friction surface.
