Front lower A-arm for R12 series

This front lower A-arm is a replacement suspension arm designed for RC-scale Yokomo R12 platforms. Molded from a carbon-containing resin, the part is intended to offer a firmer, more consistent behavior than the standard plastic arm used on stock kits.

In practical terms the reinforced material improves impact resistance during contacts common in club racing, while also increasing steering linearity and on-center feel on high-grip asphalt. The arm’s role is primarily to stabilise lower suspension geometry so small setup changes to camber, toe, or damper position deliver more predictable results.

Installation follows standard R12 front lower arm replacement steps: remove wheel and steering linkages, unbolt the stock arm from the upright and chassis mount, then fit the R12-10LFC using the same hardware and ball studs. Check hinge-pin retention and confirm free suspension travel before running.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The part is designed for the R12 chassis family and uses the same mounting points, hinge pins, and upright interfaces as the original lower arm.
The carbon-containing resin increases stiffness and impact resistance versus standard plastic, which tends to improve steering linearity on high-grip surfaces while offering better crash tolerance.
After fitting, recheck camber and toe under static droop and perform a short test run to confirm the car’s turn-in; small damper or toe adjustments may be needed to fine-tune the change in response.
