Shock spring for on-road touring cars

This is an RC-scale Racing Performer series shock spring designated RP-080, built as an equal-pitch linear spring for a neutral suspension feel. The spring is supplied in a black finish and the hardness value is laser-engraved on the end of the coil to make selection and swap easier during setup changes.

The RP-080 was fitted to the BD8 race chassis noted in the source, and is presented here as a drop-in-style tuning part for compatible on-road touring chassis. Its linear characteristic makes it suitable when you want predictable compression and rebound response without progressive ramp-up.
