This aluminum rear input shaft connects the rear gearbox to the center shaft on Yokomo DRIFT PACKAGE chassis. Designed for RC-scale drift cars, the part reduces rotating mass in the drivetrain and helps sharpen throttle response without altering gearbox geometry.

The shaft is made from lightweight aluminum with a hard coat surface treatment to resist wear at contact points. The package includes the shaft and all small fasteners and pins required for assembly, so it is intended to be fitted into the listed DP-series rear gearboxes as a replacement or spare part.

Installation notes: verify alignment of the gearbox and center shaft before final tightening, confirm set screws and cross pins are seated, and check that the O-ring is placed where specified by the gearbox assembly to maintain proper clearance. No specialized tools beyond common hex drivers and pliers are required for standard installation.
