Lightweight bell crank pin for DP-series steering

This replacement bell crank pin is used in the steering bell crank assembly to take the place of the king pin that secures the centre link to the bell crank. By reducing rotating and reciprocating mass in the steering linkage, the part helps lower inertial load on the steering components and can yield a crisper initial steering response.

Installation is straightforward when assembling the steering bell crank: remove the original king pin connection for the centre link and fit the sleeve and pin as shown in your chassis assembly diagrams, using the supplied screws to secure the assembly. Check clearances and steering throw after installation to confirm there is no binding.
