This is the Yokomo Y2-017SA front and rear shock tower set in plastic, designed as a replacement mounting plate for YD-2S scale drift chassis. It is an RC-scale accessory intended to hold upper shock mounts and transfer load between the suspension and the main chassis rails.

Installation notes: the towers use the chassis factory mounting points on YD-2S series cars and replace the original tower pieces without requiring modification to the shock absorbers themselves, check alignment of the shock shafts and confirm mounting screws are torqued to match the stock setup. When fitting, observe shock shaft travel and clearance to avoid binding against the tower edges.
