This is an RC-scale rear shock tower designed for the YD-4 platform. The part uses a 4mm thick graphite plate to provide a stiffer mounting point for the rear shock absorbers, helping to keep shock movement consistent under load without changing internal damper settings.

Compatibility is limited to the stated chassis: YD-4 and DP-YD4MR. The tower's role is purely structural and tuning-oriented — it changes the rear bulkhead stiffness and the way the rear suspension responds to inputs from the track and driver adjustments.

Installation is straightforward for standard YD-4 rear end assemblies: remove the stock tower, transfer any existing hardware and shock mounts, and fit the Y4-018 in the same mounting locations.
