Aluminum slide rack rail for YD-4 systems

This RC-scale aluminum rail is a direct replacement for the slide-rail element used in the YD-4 aluminum slide rack assembly on the Y4-202LW. The surface receives a hardened alumite finish to reduce friction and resist wear so the slide-rack motion stays consistent across running sessions.

The rail is made to work with the Y4-202LW slide rack housing and is compatible with chassis listed as DP-YD4 and DP-YD4MR. It functions as a serviceable wear part in the slide-rack subsystem, intended for maintenance replacement or when original rails show play or scoring.

Installation is a swap-in procedure within the slide rack housing: remove the rack cover, replace the worn rail with the alumite-treated rail, confirm free lateral movement, and reassemble. From a tuning perspective, replacing a worn rail restores repeatable slide characteristics and helps keep setup changes predictable during on-track adjustments.
