Titanium Super Soft Shock Spring

This is an RC-scale titanium shock spring intended as a super soft option for R/C shock assemblies. It serves as a direct replacement spring where a softer spring rate is required to increase compliance and low-speed suspension movement without changing the shock body itself.

Installation is straightforward for common threaded shock absorbers: remove the shock cap and existing spring, position the spring on the shock shaft or spring perch, then reassemble ensuring proper preload and seat alignment. No special tools beyond your usual hex driver and shock tools are required, and care should be taken to keep springs centered to avoid binding.

In tuning terms, a super soft spring shifts load control toward damping and preload adjustments. Expect changes in squat, initial bite, and low-speed compliance, so pair this spring choice with appropriate shock oil and preload rings to achieve the intended balance between ride height and transient response. As always verify fit and clearance on your specific shock assembly before extended use.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Super soft indicates a lower spring rate compared with stock springs, increasing low-speed compliance and reducing initial stiffness in suspension travel.
The spring is sized for standard R/C shock assemblies that accept aftermarket springs; verify inner diameter and free length against your shock before installation.
Inspect for wear and corrosion periodically, keep springs clean and free of grit, and replace if any deformation or fatigue appears after extended use.
